Proof of Concept

Start with one problem.
Prove it. Then scale.

Low investment. Real output. A decision based on evidence — not a vendor promise. Every GenWA engagement starts with a focused 6–8 week POC.

How it works
01

Book a discovery call

30 minutes. We identify your highest-value use case and whether a POC is the right fit.

02

We scope the POC together

Defined outcomes, fixed 6–8 week timeline. No open-ended commitment, no surprises.

03

A working system

Real output, in your environment, on your data. Evidence to decide — not a promise.

The Approach

You don't need to transform everything.

The right entry point is a single, well-scoped problem. Prove value there first — then decide how far to go.

01

Pick one use case

Collections is the natural entry point — high volume, clear outcomes, measurable ROI. We scope it together and define what success looks like before we start.

02

Deploy into your environment

GenWA integrates alongside your existing stack. No rip-and-replace. Your data stays in your environment throughout — we connect to legacy systems without replacing them.

03

Prove the value, then decide

6–8 weeks, defined scope, real output. If it works you have the evidence to scale. If not, you've spent a fraction of a transformation budget to find out.

Week by Week

What happens when.

A typical POC runs 6–8 weeks depending on complexity and data availability. Here's the shape of it.

Wk 1
Discovery & Scope

Understand workflows, constraints, and data. Agree success criteria and use case boundaries.

Wk 2–3
Data & Integration

Connect to your systems, validate data availability, establish secure integration patterns.

Wk 4
Agent Build

Develop the agentic solution, configure decision logic and compliance guardrails.

Wk 5–6
Test & Tune

Test with real scenarios, refine based on feedback, validate accuracy and edge cases.

Wk 7
Live Pilot

Run with a live subset. Measure performance vs baseline. Gather your team's feedback.

Wk 8
Results & Roadmap

Present findings, review ROI, agree next steps. Scale, expand, or pause — your call.

Why Start Here

Why every GenWA engagement starts with a POC.

Reading case studies and watching demos only takes you so far. A POC gives you something they can't — evidence from your own operations.

See It Work

A working solution built on your real workflows, your real data, your real compliance constraints — not a demo environment.

Measure ROI

FTE hours saved, accuracy improvement, faster resolution times — real numbers before committing to full transformation.

Build Confidence

Your teams see it working. Your stakeholders see the results. Your exec team sees the business case. Everyone moves forward with confidence.

Fail Fast If Needed

Not every use case is ready for Agentic AI. Better to discover that in 6–8 weeks than 6 months. Time-boxed POCs let you pivot or proceed.

What You Get

What a POC delivers.

At the end of 6–8 weeks you have more than a prototype — you have the evidence to make a confident decision.

01

Working Prototype

A functional agentic solution integrated with your systems, processing real workflows — not a sandbox simulation.

02

Performance Metrics

Accuracy rates, processing times, cost per case, FTE hours saved, quality scores — measured against your baseline.

03

Compliance Evidence

Audit trails, explainability reports, vulnerability handling demonstrations, Consumer Duty alignment — ready for scrutiny.

04

Business Case

ROI analysis, scaling projections, implementation roadmap, and investment requirements for full deployment.

05

Technical Architecture

Integration patterns, security model, and scalability plan — a blueprint for production deployment if you choose to proceed.

06

Lessons Learned

What worked, what didn't, risks identified, mitigation strategies, and honest recommendations for what comes next.

What Good Looks Like

What makes a POC successful.

We agree success criteria before we start — so everyone knows what we're measuring and why.

Scope

Agreed goals that are complex enough to prove capability but focused enough to deliver in the timeframe.

Technical Feasibility

Can we integrate with your systems, access the data, and meet your security requirements?

Performance Targets

Does it match or beat human performance on accuracy? Is it fast enough? Is the quality acceptable?

Business Value

Does the ROI justify the investment? What's the payback period? Can it scale economically?

User Acceptance

Do your teams trust it? Will they use it? Does it make their jobs easier or harder?

Common Questions

Things people usually ask.

What does a POC cost?
We typically price each POC on a fixed-fee basis, scoped to the specific use case, systems involved, and timeline. Cost is influenced by the number of integrations required, data complexity, compliance requirements, and team availability. We'll give you a clear, fixed proposal after an initial discovery conversation — no open-ended commitments. The short answer: POC investment is a fraction of a full transformation programme, and the whole point is that you're buying certainty before you commit to anything larger.
What if the POC doesn't deliver the results we hoped for?
That's exactly why we do POCs. Better to learn in 6–8 weeks than after a massive investment. We'll be honest about what works and what doesn't. If it's not the right fit, we'll tell you. If we need to pivot to a different use case, we'll recommend that. No one benefits from pushing forward with something that won't work.
What happens after a successful POC?
You decide. Options include scaling to production (typically a 1–6 month full deployment), expanding to additional use cases, or pausing and revisiting later. There's no obligation to proceed — though most successful POCs do lead to full engagements. Whatever you decide, you leave with a working prototype, real performance data, and a clear picture of what full deployment would look like.
Do we own the IP created during the POC?
Yes. Any code, workflows, and configurations built specifically for your use case are yours. GenWA retains the right to reuse general patterns and frameworks — the non-client-specific building blocks — but everything built for your operations belongs to you.
How much of our team's time is required?
Expect to dedicate 1–2 subject matter experts part-time — roughly 10–20 hours per week for the duration. We need access to data, systems, and operational expertise. The more your team engages, the better the outcomes. We work alongside your people, not around them.
Do we need to be on AWS already?
The GenWA intelligence layer and agentic components are deployed on AWS — this is fundamental to how we build, using AWS serverless infrastructure that delivers the scalability, security, and compliance-grade architecture that regulated industries require. Critically, everything is deployed into your own AWS account, so you own the infrastructure and your data never leaves your environment. Your existing platforms — whether on-premise, legacy, or other clouds — stay exactly where they are and connect via secure integrations. If you're not yet on AWS, we can assist with account setup and configuration as part of the engagement.
